This energizing loose-leaf blend pairs hearty black tea (*Camellia sinensis*) with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice, cloves, and black pepper for a bold, fragrant brew with layers of sweet spice and gentle warmth.

How to Make a Cup

1. Add 1–2 tablespoons of Chai Tea Blend per 8 oz cup of water.

2. Bring fresh water to a full boil, about 212°F.

3. Steep for 3–5 minutes.

4. Strain and enjoy as is, or add milk, cream, and sweetener to taste.

For a stronger cup, use more tea rather than steeping longer to help keep the flavor smooth and avoid bitterness.

Traditional Chai Method

For a fuller, more traditional chai experience, gently simmer the blend in water with milk or cream and sweetener over sustained heat. Strain out the botanicals before serving. This method draws out the warming spice notes and creates a creamy, satisfying beverage perfect for cool mornings or cozy evenings.
